The Las Vegas Country Club Estates is arguably the most historic and prestigious group of neighborhoods in the entire Las Vegas valley. Located just seconds from the Las Vegas Strip, the Las Vegas Country Club Estates is a guard-gated private community with homes ranging from condos to townhomes to high-rise luxury living to the best of private and custom homes. A who’s who of Las Vegas and Hollywood have lived behind these gates over the past 60 years since the Georgetown West homes debuted in the mid-sixties. Several different communities make up the Estates.

The crown jewel of The Las Vegas Country Club Estates is the private Las Vegas Country Club golf course and clubhouse. The course opened in 1967 and was designed by the legendary Edmund B. Ault, a golf course architect with an eye for making a course to the liking of the best players while making it manageable for the everyday golfer. The Club was built by Marvin Kratter, a former owner of the Boston Celtics, but brought to prominence by four Las Vegas power brokers. Irwin Molasky, Merv Adelson, Moe Dalitz and Allard Roen were partners and made the Club THE place to be for many years (and still to this day). The very social club has an active membership, many of live on the fairways of the Club and drive to the clubhouse on personal golf carts. When added up, this iconic four were hoteliers, Hollywood moguls, developers, gamblers, and major philanthropists.
